Buying and selling Real Estate is a legal process and in state of California the task of handling this process has been entrusted to REALTORs and real estate agents instead of attorneys. Therefore, it is critical that your agent is knowledgeable and updated on the requirements and the laws that govern this process.


In order for me to be able to give quality service to my clients, I have made it a point to allocate a portion of my workweek to be updated on all of legal aspects of the business and the market condition in order to protect and better serve my clients. We live in a constant changing world and that also applies to legal matters affecting real estate as new lawsuits bring about new laws that affect real estate transactions.

When meeting with prospective clients, I only require two things in order to serve them:

One, that my clients communicate all their thoughts, objectives and goals with me so that I can devise and recommend a course of action for them.

Two; that my clients spend the required time with me when needed in order to go over the contract, all of the disclosures and inspections.

Going over the disclosures and inspections with the buyers will help the buyers know about the property with the perspective of someone who has lived in it for sometime. 
Going over the inspections with the sellers will give the seller an idea as to what to expect from buyers in terms of negotiations. Providing the disclosures to the buyers will protect the seller legally.

They says that home buying/selling process is a very stressful process and indeed that could be the case if parties involved do not follow the prescribed steps and communicate. My job is to implement the process, drive it to completion and be a channel for communications between all parties.

When I am not working with clients or educating myself, I am involved in the business community by networking with other business professionals in my community. I do this, because I believe that ideas flow through people and with new ideas I can come up with new ways of driving my clients objectives to fruition. Thru networking I can connect to the local business owners and know them so that they can also be a resource to  me and my clients.

And finally, when I am not working, I am involved in my church community, spend time in the gym running or in the mountains skiing. So if you want to get to know your Realtor on a personal level you can go on a day ski trip and hit the slopes with me or just have coffee with me at Starbucks. You will find out how my experience of living in three countries and speaking four languages can help in your real estate transaction in a community filled with such diverse group of cultures.
